We'll activate your core values to fix the missing link to your teams and communities.
Strengthen your identity and build your voice
Improve your leadership, brand & impact
Tap into new potential and territories
Quick wins, instead of a long-term strategic approach.
Numbers over people, missing the human element completely.
The development of a holistic business strategy will be your real advantage as a CEO or CMO.
Ego instead of connection building, missing the bigger picture and common goal.
Lack of output and revenue drop, due to unhealthy work environments.
I work with businesses, and leaders that value long-term wins over short-term gains. If you’re under pressure for quick results, we might not be the right fit. If you value long-term strategy & sustainable growth, let's talk!
Empathy & forward thinking instead of top-down leadership.
A full powerhouse supports you, as I work with trusted partners.
A human and authenticity-first approach.
Actions instead of overanalysis paralysis.
A new way to look at metrics, instead of the pure numbers obsession.
A holistic approach offers clarity and guides your direction.
Brand Development, strategy and leadership are not exclusive of each other. They require activation, community development, a holistic understanding, and the development of thriving teams by combining empathy, innovation, creativity, growth, and inclusion.
Diversity matters - aligning on unique skills and pushing boundaries leverages growth.
Building inclusive teams and empowering introverted leaders will be your advantage to reach your team's potential.
Audience & people first, instead of obsessing over hard numbers.
Using human connection to build trust and cut through marketing noise.
Empowering soft & hard skills for teams to create the best impact.
My knowledge spans across 10+ years in marketing leadership, CX, business growth, team building, creative, data, growth marketing, and SEO/content strategy for large multinational corporates, startups, and medium-sized businesses globally.

I help businesses and leaders build authentic, holistic connections on a global scale to create large impact.
Strategy needs an understanding & activation of all players involved to drive long-term results.
“The biggest growth driver is the combination of empathy, innovation and creativity in leadership.“
I don’t think I can be put in a box and often felt out of place describing my various interests and my “one” niche. I have gained my first marketing leadership experience driving growth for well-known startups. Later I have worked for over 20 international brands in agencies, and now consult large multinationals on complex business strategies.
My background in film production and journalism means I bring my creative, innovative side to everything I do and incoporporate storytelling to bring your ideas and brand to life.
Storytelling, creative writing, strategic marketing, CX, SEO / Content strategy, coaching, mentoring, leadership, podcast & film production, brand strategy, the future of AI, and keynote speaking...you name it. Let's have a chat!
To drive the best results, a combination of understanding of business, creativity, data, growth marketing, emotional intelligence & psychology, curiosity through testing, and an understanding of holistic business growth, people, and audience understanding is needed.
Having lived in 4 countries and having traveled to over 30 countries, my journey has been fueled by curiosity, taking risks, challenging “traditional ways” and "best practice", finding new innovative ways to approach marketing & strategy.
In my free time, I love sports & the outdoors. If you are looking for any must-go place to hangout on your travels, I probably have an answer or can connect you to a local I know, who can help you.
People who know me well, know my life so far has been full of experiences & tons of stories to tell.
Full of movement, change, and tapping into new adventures.
If I'd write a book, it would not be one.
It goes without saying that routine is not my best friend.

I help businesses in the social impact & tech space, with a strong purpose develop and integrate their marketing strategies as a consulant & fractional CMO. Further I help with internal team building, change management within organisations, and give 1:1 advice to founders and leaders to develop their own positioning and overall business strategy, based on their core values. On top of that, I help companies with GTM strategy and tapping into new markets. I speak at international events, and provide coaching to leaders on holistic growth, and empathetic leadership.
Most strategists focus on brand development, which is the base for a whole marketing strategy to be executed on. It includes your unique value proposition, what differentiates you from the competition, and your core identity.
What is often missing is: Building connections with your audience and activating the brand strategy through building communities, and empathy. As brand strategy requires a lot of research, often the activation part is coming too short, and is reactive due to other business demands being prioritised.
While traditional audience segmentation will be outdated in the future, relationship-building based on core values to build communities will shape the future of marketing and leadership.
It’s not about who shouts the loudest, but the ones who can differentiate through value-based relationship building are the ones who can build trust with their audiences to enable long-term growth.
I blend a strong human understanding, emotional intelligence, and knowledge in coaching & psychology into my daily work in leadership and business strategy.
To build communities, you need to follow a process:
- Identity, Trust, Connection, Traction
My approach is thought through, as communities are built through core values, cultural norms, and aligned emotions and views (this is far from the vanity metrics and narrow personas we usually look at as marketers).
BUT: It helps you to build a deeper connection with your audience.
The base to build communities and teams is built on empathy and trust.
If you do enhance your skills on emotional intelligence and audience understanding, it will help you to create better relationships as a leader, but also as a marketer. A holistic approach means, we do not see marketing as an island, but as an integral part to drive your business forward in alignment with other departments and teams.
Great marketers are artists, scientists, and psychologists combined, with an in-depth understanding of technology as the fuel for growth. But, collaboration is key to bringing you and your business forward.
Using an empowering and empathetic leadership style, you will see the best results. Integrating active listening gives you a more sensitive approach to leadership and will make you unique and stand out compared to a “pushy, bottom-down” leadership style. My creative background in storytelling and film enable me to connect the dots between singular messaging into a powerful framework to enable long-term growth.
There are a lot of factors to consider. Firstly, you need to translate your positioning to new markets, keeping cultural differences and new competitors in mind. Buying behavior and communication are very market-specific, so we will localise your existing marketing strategy to adapt to new markets.
Having implemented global marketing strategies in various markets means I can advise best on market differences and cultural nuances to be aware of with your communication strategy.
Over the past 10+ years, I have worked with international businesses in over 13 industries in over 9 global markets. As I think marketing strategy can be a great arm to communicate powerful messages through storytelling, I have a strong focus on shaping your message to create social impact & communicate your purpose. Therefore, my niche covers the following industries: health, education, arts, technology, finance, professional services, and learning & development.
I have advised many startup founders on business strategy, offered 1:1 training on leadership for entrepreneurs, and I currently work as a strategic consultant for large multinational global corporations.
