I do help marketing leaders, founders and CEO find their WHY, based on their core values. When working with founders and CEO’s directly, I often find that when the individual’s vision is stuck, the whole business strategy and impact on teams gets stuck. At the same time, it matters having that shift from ego to empathy, to aid collaboration and work towards a common goal. When building a strategy from scratch, I make sure to use an empowering leadership style, and do connect the dots between purpose, systems, structure, people and long-term vision.
As we do know, change takes time. It does require a manifestation of knowledge and change in behavior. So I very much recommend to work with me on a 6 months minimum basis, so we see the best results coming through for you.
